Pre Purchase & Pre Sale Building Inspections

Our Pre-Purchase and Pre-Sale Building Inspections are carried out by a fully insured BOINZ Accredited Building Surveyor and Licenced Building Practitioner.  Non-invasive moisture testing is included with all inspections.

Upon completion you will receive a detailed Building Report and Certificate of Inspection in accordance with NZS4306:2005.

You should want to know as much as possible about the property of interest before you seal the deal. Getting a Pre-Purchase House Inspection by a BOINZ Accredited Building Inspector will give you the knowledge and confidence to make an informed decision based on facts and not opinions.

We are currently the only company in the Bay of Plenty to be recommended by the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand for Healthy Home Standard Assessments and Meth Testing

Meth Testing

Our NZQA certified methamphetamine sampler will ensure the correct methodology is applied, to achieve accurate results for determining the presence or absence of meth contamination.  All samples are analyzed at Analytica Laboratories and testing complies with the NZS8510:2017 standard.

  • As a landlord, getting a baseline meth test at every new tenancy provides supporting documentation that can be used at Tenancy Tribunal to prove who is responsible for any contamination if it is ever discovered.
  • As a home buyer, getting a meth test done as part of your due diligence when buying a home, will provide you with peace of mind that the value of your property and your family’s health are well protected.
